What are the Signs that My Boiler Needs Repairing:
There are many posbilitues why your boiler may be broken or not running to its full capacity, such as:
No Heat or Hot Water: A lack of heating or hot water can be due to issues such as a faulty diaphragm or a malfunctioning valve. Our technicians can promptly diagnose and resolve the issue.
Unusual Noises: Banging, gurgling, or whistling sounds may indicate kettling or trapped air, often caused by limescale or other debris in the system, requiring immediate attention.
Repairs for Boiler Leaks & Faults
Boiler Leaks: Leaks are often signs of failed seals or faulty parts. Left unchecked, leaks can lead to further complications.
Frequent Shutdowns: If your boiler keeps switching off, it may be due to low pressure, overheating, or a defective component.
Cold Radiators: Cold radiators may indicate trapped air or sludge blocking hot water flow. Bleeding the radiators may help temporarily, but persistent issues likely need a professional repair.

Great service from booking to completion of the job. Very pleasant lady took the booking for a replacement kitchen tap at my elderly in-laws. Given Zak as the attending plumber who arrived at 8.30 on the dot. Zak was very efficient in replacing the tap doing it in no time at all,he was very polite and happy to answer any questions a good ambassador for the company. I would highly recommend MPW group and will definitely make them my first call when I next need the service of a plumber.Posted on Google Mandi PalmerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called MPW GROUP on a Friday afternoon to help with a gas leak that was discovered when having a new cooking range fitted. The fitter of the cooker was unable to find the leak so capped my gas and left with the cooker fittings (I'm guessing this was an oversight). Matt and his apprentice Ben turned up within half an hour of my call. Almost immediately located where the leak was. FYI, was where the previous person had looked, repaired the leak, went purchased new fittings for the cooker, connected it to the gas supply, ensured it was working correctly, corrected the mistake the other fitter had made when capping the mains gas, did me a favour by refilling my boiler and managed to do this in just over 2 hours, the same amount of time the other fitters were at mine. To say that Matt and Ben did a brilliant job is an understatement. Friendly, professional and very knowlegable. MPW have restored my faith in finding professional people via the Google etc as opposed to someone who knows someone. I definitely recommend MPW and will use them again in the future if I need too. I honestly cannot praise them enough. For an all round 24hr plumbing service the MPW GROUP are the ones to use. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you Matt and Ben.Posted on Google Dominic StoneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’d like to give Zak 6 stars please. He came to sort out several radiator issues and was kind enough to explain to me what needed doing in each room. He removed his shoes without prompting (unnecessary but appreciated) and was courteous throughout. All spaces he worked in were left immaculately and my house is now beautifully warm. Great job, Zak!
